Combat continues! It shortly becomes clear who the main target was, but everyone’s up in arms because the hitters had no qualms about inflicting organic damage. Players: Andre Da Rosa, Danielle V, Earl Woods, Jen Moir, Patrick McGean, Ross Rideout. GM: Meric Moir.
Richard K Morgan, author of the Altered Carbon book series, is part of the “gender critical” crowd, which basically means that he believes womens’ rights are being attacked by trans activism. The argument is stupid because trans women are women, and the rights that they need are the same as cisgender women. Morgan’s position should be clear based on the people he supports: JK Rowling and Graham Linehan. Did you read that incredibly rhetorical open letter by JK Rowling last year? Here are two great resources that break it down better than I could, as I am not an expert on these topics, and other people can make these points more eloquently than me.
